How to get OBC Certificate in TamilNadu
Form 1
This document is just a declaration form which states that all the attached proofs are genuine and no misinformation was given.
Form 2
This form is submitted to Tahsildar. Please change the Town name from Thirumangalam to your Town’s Name. You need to fill your address. Give Your Name, Father’s name. Claims you are asking for OBC Non creamy layer certificate in order to appear for any central government job. TC and community certificate which were received from state government have to attached with this document.
Form 3
This form is to be submitted to the Revenue Inspector. Please don’t forget to change your town’s name by replacing Thirumangalam in this form. You can just change it using MS paint on your computer. In this form, you have to mention your assets value and the earnings of your parents. You have to attach proof for those with this form. Proofs are like income receipt from employer of your parent/s (if both are working you should get income certificate for both).
Form 4
This form has to be submitted to VAO and should get acceptance from VAO. You would be asked to show your ration card to VAO and the salary receipt to him for verification purpose.
Form 5
These set of forms are annexures with all of your data like Name, DOB, Address, Religion, Occupation, Caste etc.
