How to Join in All India Civil Service Coaching Centre (AICSCC) Prelims Coaching

There are numerous free coaching centres for UPSC Civil services exam in Chennai. Out of that two institutes are very popular one and non-biased. AICSCC tops all the free institutions. Before explaining How to Join in All India Civil Service Coaching Centre (AICSCC) I’m giving you an alert.

Alert: AICSCC won’t provide 100% coaching. Usually, the will stop classes in the mid-term.

This fact may be surprising for many of you. But yes there won’t be classes to cover the entire syllabus. The reason is that getting into AICSCC is bit competitive and you should have good knowledge on basics and currrent affairs. So the selected aspirants will be usually knowledgeable on competitive exams and so they don’t need classes but need only the free residence and free food. They won’t attend classes except for Napolean Sir and few good staffs. Finally Before 3 months to exam AICSCC classes will be stopped and they will start to conduct model exams for Prelims.

Since this is a government-run institution there is reservation for minorities, BCs, SCs and STs and so there is equality of opportunity.

How to Join in All India Civil Service Coaching Centre:

The method explained here is for Prelims coaching admission. For mains admission, first, you have to clear UPSC Prelims.

From last year AICSCC has started online registration.

Step 1:

AICSCC will release Notification for Entrance Exam (Usually by the month of August). You can subscribe to our Website Email List so you will get Email once notification is published.

Step 2:

You Should apply by filling online registration form at http://civilservicecoaching.com/

Step 3:

You can Download Hall Ticket by the month of October. From their website. (Don’t worry. We will intimate you through Email when published)

Step 4:

Finally, By the month of November, you will be writing Entrance Exam.

Step 5: 

The results will be published and classes will start from December.

Note: Months may differ for some years depending on UPSC Civil Service Preliminary Exam date.
