All India Civil Service Coaching Centre (AICSCC) released its notification on December 10, 2020. AICSCC Notification 2021 clearly says applications are invited from candidates from Tamilnadu only.
AICSCC previously known as State Training Institute (STI) is a government of Tamilnadu run institution which provides UPSC civil service exam coaching nearly at free of cost (Rs.1000/year for OC Students and free for OBC, SC, ST) with the free hostel and free food.
This notification is to provide coaching for Civil Services Preliminary Examination to be conducted by UPSC on 27 June 2021.

Entrance Exam Date: 24.01.2021 (Sunday).
Duration: Two hours – 10.30 AM – 12.30 PM.

Types of Classes
1) Full time 2) Part-time
Full time are classified as Residential and Day Scholars
So what is the difference between Full Time day scholars and Part time aspirants?
There is no clear mentioning of such differences. Based on undergoing mains coaching, it seems to be the following

Full Time day scholar aspirants can attend the day classes and have to leave to home at night whereas Part-Time aspirants can attend the evening and weekend classes and have to leave to home at night.

Government of Tamilnadu maintains this Institute. So, reservations will be provided for Backward class people and Scheduled Castes.

Denotified Castes will be included under Most Backward Classes. Here Other communities have been mentioned instead of General Category, which means Even If someone from Backward Classes scores the first mark they won’t be selected under other communities. Not more than 24 Backward classes aspirant will be selected for part-time classes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification can be any Degree from a recognized University.
Age limit (as on 1-8-2021):
OC: 21 to 32 years.
BC/MBC/DNC/BC(M): 21 to 35 years.
SC/ST/SC(A): 21 to 37 years.
Physically challenged: 21 to 42 years.
The aspirants who have already taken full-time courses cannot apply again. Those who have studied already but in Part-Time classes can apply for Full-time/part time courses.
Hostel Facility:
->Free Hostel will be provided for the Full-Time – Accommodation Students.
-> No boarding facility for part-time students
-> No Clear detail for Full Time Day Scholars. First, they may officially refuse to allot rooms but later they may allow staying in the hostel.
Food Facility:
-> Full Time: Free food – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Snacks in Evening. Coffee/Tea during Morning and Evening.

Full-time Classes Students- Rs. 1000/- only for the entire course. Only Students from Other Category have to pay this fee. 100% free for OBC, SC, ST aspirants. Part-time classes students – Rs. 3,000/- only for the entire course. Deposit amount – Rs. 3,000/- have to be paid by both the residential candidates and the Non-residential candidates. This will be returned after UPSC Prelims examination only if you attend the 2021 Prelims.
