Hi Mr. Gokul, thanks for your efforts!
my obc ncl application is rejected as I myself am a class 1 officer ( & medical doctor getting NPA) in a Central Govt. Autonomous organization. My father’s income is less than 3 lakh and he is self employed. Please clarify is the rule 8 in the document you quoted ( http://ccis.nic.in/WriteReadData/CircularPortal/D2/D02adm/36033_5_2004-Estt.SCT-14102004.pdf) is applicable in my case or any other reason is there for the rejection of my application. Please share the related documents.
Rule 8 clearly says you belong to OBC Non-creamy layer. If Thasildar rejects your application you can contact collector office with related documents.
Thanks!

MY FATHER IS A POLICE WITH SALARY OF 6,50,000.DO I COME UNDER CREAMY LAYER OR NIT
Salary > 6 lakh will fall under OBC Creamy layer.
hello sir,
My father is working with public sector bank as scale 1 promoted last year. can u pls confirm whether i belong to NCL ??

Salary > 6 lakh will fall under OBC Creamy layer.
my father was a 3rd grade teacher when they joined but present time he is ist grade teacher but he was the promoted in ist grade after age of 40.his salary exceeds 6 lakhs and but last 2 year his salary under 6 lakhs .there are no three conecutive year of 6 lakhs so please tell me in which category i belong .
Its an unusual thing. But the document provided by Government of India clearly says you belong to OBC Non-creamy layer. But It is risky to get one. There are many limitations in getting a certificate as mostly last 1 year income certificate only will be asked in Thasildhar/Collector office. A lot of chances are there to reject your non-creamy layer certificate later while you are undergoing with certificate verification process.

The Calculator is just a basic tool and it has a lot of limitations. I haven’t added conditions for retirement. Thanks for your intimation.
