Hi,
My mother was recruited as class 3 officer in state services.later she got promoted into class 2 officer at 43age.our caste is listed in central obc list and income is more Dan 8lakhs .no other source of income apart from her salary nor any land. Do I come under non creamy layer???

Single parent working as group 2 employee won't affect non creamy layer status.
