The parents have only income from salaries exceeding Rs. 8.00 lakhs and belongs to OBC category of central list. Whether his son or daughter is eligible for non-creamy layer reservation under OBC category in Central government institutions like IIT,NIT,IIM etc?
Also requested to share any circular reference from DoPT as evidence for applying for the above mentioned institutions.
