I am working in Central Govt as Group B Non-Gazetted Officer drawing more than Rs.8 Lakhs for the past 3 years. Do my children get OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate.

If your wife is also a Group 2 or Group 1 employee then your children will be OBC Creamy Layer.
If not then your children can get OBC Non Creamy Layer Certificate.
