My father joined Andhra Pradesh Electricity Department as a clerk and now he is promoted to incharge Sub Engineer after completing his Open Diploma. At present my father is earning Rs 83,000 per month. Do I belong to OBC-NCL

Being he is a govt employee just consider his status and not his salary.
