Im BC caste . My parents salary was 8 lac on FY 2018-19 . before that below 8 lac . Now I am obc creamy or non creamy? For RRB exam

You belong to OBC Non-Creamy Layer if the average of last 3 years income is below 8 lakhs.
Eg: 2016-17 - 7.8 Lakhs, 2017-18 - 7.8 Lakhs, 2018-19 - 8.2 Lakhs. Then the average is below 8 lakhs so claiming reservation under OBC Non-Creamy Layer is possible.
