Both my parents are deceased . And my father was a class 1 officer . He got direct recruitment at state level in class 2 post and was promoted to class before 40 years . Post retirement he passed away . I'm in obc . Can I get NCL certificate ?
Section II A.
"Provided that the rule of exclusion shall not apply in the following cases:-
(a) Sons and daughters of parents either of whom or both of whom are Class I officers and such parent(s) dies/die or suffer permanent incapacitation;"
So you are eligible for OBC NCL Certificate.
Sir my father is class c officer and 2018-19 income is more than 8 lakh but 2017-18 was less than 8 lakh.
For caste n income certificate can I give 2017-18 annual income report.
