Based on your father's status you belong to OBC Non-Creamy Layer.
For Land criteria, it depends upon Ceiling limits of your state.

Teachers are never in class 1. Your Father may be in Class 3 or Class 2. Anyhow, both are the same for your case because your mother is not working as a class 2 teacher/officer.
You have to submit your caste certificate, residential certificate(ration card), and your father's salary receipt.
