Sir my father is class c officer and 2018-19 income is more than 8 lakh but 2017-18 was less than 8 lakh.
For caste n income certificate can I give 2017-18 annual income report.

You should submit the last 3 years of income certificate. Average of last 3 years will be taken into account.
But the income limit is not needed for a government employee in Class C. Just you have to produce income certificate. that's all.
