I have few clarifications OBC certificate criteria.
1. If father is employed in private company and mother into trade or business and if they hold agri land and some unearned properties then how the calculation applied. Pls. provide with some sample calculation.
2. What is the rule for wealth test to be applied.
3. What is the rule for property wealth calculation.
4. If property is not earning then how to take the value for income calculation.
5. pls. provide with a sample on agri land 40% irrigated calculation.
6. In family income, Is (private employee) salary income of father considered for calculating the income of the family or not? pls. provide some references as i see few says salary is considered and some says not clubbed and some says not included, etc. (One ref on salary income should not be considered but only other income. ref: https://www.clearias.com/obc-reservation-eligibility/

7. Sample calculation with all permutation calculation will help everyone though it needs some efforts.
