Sir,my father is a class c staff.Our family income is not over 8 lakhs....
I am from west bengal.. I have a "obc b" certificate.
Did I come under obc non creamy layer?

OBC B certificate means you belong to Creamy Layer and can't claim for reservation.
If your father is class C staff and mother is not a class A/Group 1 officer or her income is not above 8 lakhs and your father is not working in some PSU. You can get OBC A certificate.
