MY Father is a grade 2 tamilnadu state employee.my mother is working in private sector.Their combined income exceeds 8 lakh. We are residents of puducherry.Do I belong to OBC NCL?

Sir my mother is working as an assistant (class 3) in govt insurance company. Her annaul salary/income exceeds 8 lakhs. Am i elegible to apply OBC Non Creamy Layer certificate

My father is on the rank of sub- inspector in cisf and my mother is housewife.. And his annual income is exceeds 8 lakhs.. So do I belong to NCL or CL
