I am about to fill the prelims form 2019. Are you sure that grade 3 employee's salary won't be counted? I read that ncbc document. But people here are saying that BJP government has made some changes and your parents' salary should not exceed 8 lakhs no matter what the source is.

Yeah, I'm sure.
Recent problems were with PSUs and not for all govt employees.
