Sir plss resolve my query.
My father has retired from private sector in feb 2018.my father salary was more than 8 lakh when he retired. my salary is less than 8 lakh at present.whether I will come under creamy layer or non creamy layer? Plss answer

You need not consider your income.
Find the average of last 3 years salary of your father/mother.
If the average is <8 lakhs - OBC Non Creamy Layer.
If the average is >8 lakhs - OBC Creamy Layer.
