Step 1: Go to MNTfreeias.com. Click on Free UPSC Course Registration for 2019 ‘Register’
Step 2: Click on Register for getting Member ID
Step 3: Fill the form and Get Member ID
Step 4: Now Go back to the Course Registration Form (http://register.mntfreeias.com/CourseRegistration/UPSC_2018/) and Authenticate to Apply.
