Problems while Applying for Manidhaneyam – How to Deal it

Mandhaneyam IAS Academy provides free coaching. As it is cost-free their website maintenance and customer service are not up to the mark. Their communication is very limited and so I tried to share some information that I know for young aspirants. before dealing with Problems while Applying for Manidhaneyam I wanted to share some additional information.

Manidhaneyam keeps on changing its nature, of course, location and batches. For admission, it conducts entrance exam for a year and for the next year it admits all the students who ever apply for the coaching and suddenly would say students with more than 90% would be given admission without even writing entrance exam others have to appear for the entrance exam. Such dynamic decisions like Muhamad Bin Tughlaq not only confuses students and me but even the staffs.

For this year 2019-20, there is an entrance exam. You need to apply in their website mntfreeias.com. I have also written a detailed step by step procedure on how to apply for Manidhaneyam IAS Academy classes. 

Even though I have updated the post clearly I am receiving many emails and comments regarding problems with the registration. Let me try to explain it in this post.

Reason For the Problems:

What might be causing the Problems while Applying for Manidhaneyam IAS Academy classes this year?

• New Website built. Mandihaneyam has WordPress built with Edumart Theme which looks fancy and good but loading issues are there.
• This year they have introduced CRM. CRM- Customer Relationship Management. This is a very big update. Now all students can get materials, batch details, profile updates, forum access, online tests from a single window.
• Since this very big update is there, they will be facing huge errors like Mail Triggering issues, compatibility issues, customization issues.

  Here Dashboard, Test, Batch Details, Profile page, Forums are in a single window.
• Some may ask This is just a normal page and why such a hype for this. I hope Manidhenayam in near future will give online courses for free which will be useful for the all Indian Civil Service Aspirants. Especially the Rural, working aspirants.

 

Check If You Have Applied Successfully

The post was intended to give you some solutions but I end up explaining technical issues which is irresistible for me.

Using this link you can check whether your application was received by them or not.

Step 1:  When you go to the link mentioned above you will be seeing this page.

Step 2A: If your Application was received and saved in their server, You would get this page.

 

Step 2B: If your Application was received. But your Mail ID or Mobile Number is wrong/mistyped, you will get this error.

The details provided by you don’t match those in our records. Please provide the exact same details as ones furnished during registration.

 

Step 2C: If your Membership ID is wrong. You would get this.

Your ID number is not registered in our system. Please contact our office phone numbers for further assistance.

 

Solutions to the Problems

Problem 1: If you Haven’t applied correctly. You would have got any errors mentioned above (Step 2B,2C)

Solution: For both the issues you have to register for the classes from the first. Read How to Apply for Manidhaeneyam IAS academy and start from Step 1.

Problem 2: If You didn’t get Membership ID in mail. Or have received only Blank Mail.

Solution:
One of our reader(Meenakshi) shared her solution. She mentions she has logged into the dashboard through http://mntfreeias.com/crm/login and used registration number instead of Membership ID.
1) Register with different Mail ID.
2) Try a different Browser.
3) If you get an error in Mobile Phone, try from Desktop/Laptop vice versa.

Problem 3: If you get Membership ID but while filling the form for Manidhaneyam 2020 Classes it throws an error
This is not a correct ID and information .. pls provide a correct information

Solution:
1) Register with different Mail ID.
2) Try a different Browser.
3) If you get an error in Mobile Phone, try from Desktop/Laptop vice versa.

Some May have received Membership ID in this format.

Some may have received membership ID in this format.

 

Do not worry. Both are the same. They have just changed some formats. If the result was positive in  http://mntfreeias.com/crm/checkstud_details?gokuldeepak-sago. That would be enough.
